😞 Poor Evie. You can’t even plan around them because they are daily. I did my grocery shopping via click & collect Thursday, so I didn’t need to leave Tempie in the house. Loading my car up, a bunch went off and I found Tempie trembling on the back seat.

🫂 I’ve been laying on the floor cwtched up with her, which my old bones won’t thank me for, and the fact she let me shows how anxious she was getting. It’s always been crazy the public have been able to buy them. Welsh news reported that people were throwing them at houses on Halloween. 😒

I just want the fireworks. To. Stop! I’ve had to sit here night after night with Tempie barking and unsettled because people need to have their ‘fun’ and set of fireworks. Including during the day. There’s been a full display going on for the past 1/2 hr or so and I’m sick of it. 😞

😊 It was a pleasure to hang out. Although I’m sorry I was mostly lurking, I was keeping Tempie occupied during the fireworks at the same time, but I didn’t want to miss your return. AND, not only did I get my 1st marbles win, I got 2! 💪

It’s heartbreaking to see them like that. Hopefully they’ve finished your way for the night so she can settle down. I was going to take Tempie for a late walk, but there are random ones still popping off here.

She barked a lot, but didn’t seem stressed. We spent the evening with the music up and a live stream playing, and toys all over the floor. It seemed to down most of it out. Shes still barking at the random ones going off though.

😡 I hope she’s doing okay now.

I’ve just tried taking Tempie for her evening walk. We’ve not heard anything for a while now but she refused to move off the drive, so we came in. I tried to walk her out again, but she backed away from the door. So now we’re playing instead.

It’s so frustrating. Whilst bonfire night is only 1 night, we have to endure the ‘fun’ of others for several weeks. Plus not all displays happen on the night. We had a big localish display Saturday, then someone set a whole load of them off last night, possibly a pub display or the like.

Kids letting off loud fireworks outside our office. Tempie is in a state of panic and we’ve got to go outside to get in the car. Bonfire night isn’t even for another 2 night. 😞
