Government urged to stop using 'personality tests' in its hiring process Civil Service's use of 'judgement test' a barrier to work for autistic people, say charities, as government silent on UK firms' use of tests.

ICYMI: while UK Government seeks to remove disability supports, it's refused to comment on @bigissue.com's investigation into personality tests keeping autistic ppl out of jobs; Government uses one. A Government-commissioned report even identified them as a barrier.
