A warlock wearing a skull for a helmet and wearing a cape made of arm and hand bones uses a staff of craved bone to call forth bone spikes that rise up from the ground and impale two Crablins ( those are crab goblins ). The warlock wears clunky metal leg braces that strap up his legs going all the way from ankle to hip. He does not care... in this world, this wild untamed space, his magic and the substance of his character maters more than a simple disability. He is as much an adventure as anyone else in this world of endless waters.

I had to wear big clunky leg braces as a kid. I hated them for a slew of reasons.

When I set out to make a TTRPG setting that was as "me" as possible I knew disability representation in a non token way was key to my work.

The Outer Seas is going to be really rad and I can't wait to show you more.

A Wyr, using a bubble helm, dives below the surface a midnight sea while being followed by a rowdy pirate crew who are unable to hold their breaths as long as she can and are ultimately meeting their end. They Wyr is dressed in a leather skirt, heavy boots, fishnet stockings, and a leather jacket with spiked armor on the shoulders. She has a mohawk and over her right eye is painted a skull with sharp teeth so that her right eye looks like the skulls eye in profile.

Some fresh inks on the Outer Seas art splashed down today. There was a ton of mages to pull from but this one catches the tone of the Wyr so well. I love this species of little metal heads.

In truth all the species who call the Outer Seas home are delightful and I can't wait for you to meet them.

Hello, new community. I’m Claire. I write (& narrate audiobooks) under the name C. S. E. Cooney. Sometimes I write songs as Brimstone Rhine. I designed a TTRPG with my husband writer Carlos Hernandez called NEGOCIOS INFERNALES. I have a book called SAINT DEATH’S HERALD coming out in April.

Agatha Brightstone, revered priest of the Inner Sun and heir to the dwarven kingdom deep below the Autumn Tide forest is stands in focus holding her Sol Hammer, a sacred artifact blessed by ancient dwarven smith. She is wearing stylized heavy chain armor and her long braided hair hangs in thick cords down to her knees.

Agatha Brightstone always seems to find her way back into my stories. She is one of the loudest voices in my head.

Her first appearance was in an Autumn Tide adventure seed called The Sun at the Center of the World published by @outlandent.bsky.social but more stories with her will be coming soon.
