Who attended the ~July 15th fundraiser for which "Catering by Marlo's" was paid- seems surprising that there are no contributions recorded around this date.

Since Primary Day (May 20th), Dugan has only spent $30k, of which $22k occurred before June 1 (and appears to be lagging primary expenditures).

It seems Dugan's general election strategy has been a Catered fundraiser on July 15th, and an event at a Wildwood Irish Pub
