๐๐ฝStart your day with a glass of warm water over cold/RT water.
It hydrates, flushes out waste, kickstarts digestion and improves circulation, helping you feel energized and relaxed.
It can initially stimulate bowel movements by increasing gut motility but over time it may lead to constipation. This is because as the body loses more water, your intestines absorb more from stool making it harder to pass. Stay hydrated if you're drinking coffee regularly!

Take only small sips in between meals to avoid diluting the digestive enzymes.

Cold water can slow down digestion and reduce the digestive fire (jatharagni), while warm water can stimulate it. You can go for room temperature water as well.
It's recommended to drink small sips of warm water during meals rather than drinking a lot of water at once in indian traditional medicine systems.
