The page file is essentially used as "extra memory" by windows that it can swap data from RAM to when RAM is low, if you dont have enough, programs will be unhappy.

Easiest way to check commitable memory is under performance > memory, under the graph. If you have more than 32gb you should be fine.

what plugins are you running? also, do you have a large enough page file? obs likes to commit a lot of memory.
