I do think like…the structure and worldbuilding of Wuling is a lot more solid than Valley IV. Wuling feels like it was created with a proper purpose other than being a game tutorial so it alr feels much more alive. It’s kinda sad Valley IV rly was just that but at least it gave us Yvonne!

I can't believe the best story out of Endfield thus far is actually Yvonne's character quest...followed by Laevatein's
I think if the writing from here on had the sauce and quality of Yvonne's quest, I would be very happy actually :'DDD Haha that quest really made me think "Ok so they still got it"

Wuling weren't super great but then you go there and you find out most, if not all of Wuling's tech was provided by Endmin anyway. And ZFY likes us so much it kinda makes the entire issue feel fabricated just so Endmin can come in to be the big hero. It's a little funny jgjfdgjkf

Used CNY to just complete the Wuling story and I do think it was overall better than Valley IV BUT like...it's also nothing super amazing. I think it was better because the characters that were introduced were just much more interesting but it still suffers from a lot of the same issues

Voice actor rly makes such a difference cos I think Endmin and Rover are portrayed v similarly but because Endmin is voiced by Hyoie O’Grady, I forgive him and am not as annoyed 🥰

I did do Leavatein’s character quest and I really liked it (minus the wuwa esque waifu moments) and it actually felt more like Arknights than anything in the main Valley IV story. I wished more of that was brought over. I can only hope Wuling gives me a better time

I’m having fun with the game like my factory lines and relay towers and ziplines are all set up but the story was rly smth I was looking forward to cos it’s Arknights and boy I feel like they took too much inspiration from WuWa’s shit storytelling and I’m getting a headache
