Maher Tarabishi was detained in October during a scheduled check-in at an ICE facility.

He was the primary caretaker of his son, who died last week.

The family is seeking Maher's release so he can attend his son's funeral.

ICE reportedly denied the request.

Do you believe Trump or what you see with your own eyes? He says economy is good, but you know prices are up. He says ICE is doing well, but we watch them murder Americans. He says he has nothing to hide w/ Epstein, but he still won't release the files.

It is profoundly sad that a white man's concealed carry guns rights is what is getting certain people to finally understand that the US government does not give a shit about laws or rights or lives. This is not a criticism of the victim. This is a criticism of the US's sympathies & priorities.

I had an appointment with the hemotologist that was cancelled because of weather. The PRE pay was over $400. I've been paying exorbitant bills for never ending test from the hemotologist that provide no answers. My primary doc will be upset, but I don't know if I'm going to reschedule.

...and, in my case, I certainly can't will my platelets to not be misshapened.
