I finished RE Requiem tonight. It’s cool! It’s impressive how Capcom squished two different styles of RE together, but I think it means neither part reaches the heights of the past couple games. So I’d place it lower than 7 and Village in my ranking, but it’s still a banger of a game. Love RE! 🧟‍♀️💕

The Japan, USA, and Europe box arts for the SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive video game Rocket Knight Adventures. Japan and Europe's box art has the same smiling protagonist. The USA box art features the same character with the same stance, looking at the viewer, but looks pissed off and on. Also larger by about 9%.

I would love a compilation of the Sailor Moon games. The fighting games, console beat em ups, and a version of the solid arcade beat em up would be great. Icing on the cake could be an English release of the JRPG. That’s a dream comp.

I finished Metaphor: ReFantazio over the weekend but I’m still in the mood for a JRPG so I decided to play something from the PS1 era. Instead of a good game I went with Shadow Madness, which I have virtually no memory of. It’s like someone played FF VII and wanted to make a “cooler” take on it 🤷‍♀️

yeah mid 90's CD Rom era PC gaming had some shockingly good arcade ports of Midway and Capcom games. Like Super SF II Turbo was on PC when it wasn't ported to SNES/Genesis.
