Thank you! That’s smart about telling them the DNF part up front. Do you feel like you’re able to tell the quality of writing from the blurb? I tried 2 and am wondering if someone else wrote the blurb for them because the writing of the actual book was so far off…

How do you pick which books to volunteer for? What do you do if it’s so bad that you DNF?

I just learned that there’s no equivalent of the word “emasculate” for women.

If that isn’t a clear sign of female resiliency in the face of degradation, I don’t know what is.
