I’m happy where I’m at now, I wouldn’t change a thing.

Most days I’m perfectly fine, in fact I’m not usually like this. But on a rare night, this strange version of myself comes out. The part of me still healing, the part that has to voice some things out once in a while. Maybe I’m fine, maybe I still need some more time to heal, I guess that’s fine.

It’s strange. You want to cry, yell, punch, get all of it out get it all has to stay inside for now. It’s strange that people care and like me a lot after years of not having someone to be there. It’s strange, it’s all confusing, it’s all tricky, but that’s my brain.

It’s strange. People see you in one light when it’s different. It’s strange some days you kinda feel out of body. It’s strange sometimes I don’t know how to feel about myself. It’s strange sometimes I care too much. It’s strange sometimes it’s silent. It’s strange.

It’s strange. Talking is strange. I still talk carefully almost as if I’m scared to say something. It’s strange, I get worried I might say something wrong and hurt someone or maybe get yelled because I’ve made the other person angry for something I was totally unaware of or maybe think I’m odd.

It’s strange to some, that I love these childhood things a lot. I feel odd as people do react differently to my likes as being too childish I guess. I like them because they make me feel nice, remind me of the good. I love the creativity and passion behind them. I like other things too outside them.

I genuinely feel bad for friends that I talk to because I talk a lot and it’s something I’m working on because I’m worried I message too much. I feel like part of me isn’t used to the fact that people actually like what I have to say so I have to take advantage of it. It’s strange.

Probably the most I’ll ever vent or be this open. It’s strange. It’s strange for things to be going right for me after years of surviving and fighting and constantly working to make it out. It’s strange I still get frustrated at myself for talking a lot, but I also empathize with myself.
