'Clio and Chiron', 36"x24" oil on canvas. Chiron, the wise centaur, is protrayed as having equine legs in front, rather than human legs, as sometimes described. He is holding a shield in his left hand. Clio, the muse of history, is riding side-saddle, wearing an elaborate headdress, and holding a scroll. In the background, a moon rises over pillar-like rock formations.

'Army of the Damned', 24"x36" oil on canvas. A commissioned homage to Frank Frazetta's Conan the Destroyer. Two warriors, a man and a woman, battle skeletons.
