A large-ish seabird with mostly white body and brown in its wings and back end and a soft patch of burnt yellow on the side of its head is running along the water surface from right to left as it takes to the wing.

A web page from happy sprout dot com on how to store (freshly) dried fruit. In summary, you store it loosely in a sealed container in a cool dark place and shake it every day for ten days. This evens out how dry the fruit pieces are.
TIL today--this step, AFTER dehydrating and BEFORE storage.
