In Jacobson Lawyers Group's second huge win in two days, the DC Circuit just denied OMB's request to stay the injunction secured by @protectdemocracy.org requiring OMB to publicly post its apportionments. Unanimous decision, with a lengthy concurrence from Judge Henderson. Link coming soon.

And as we say in the brief, the federal government should not be given a green light to use mass grant terminations to nullify entire statutory programs enacted by Congress.

Very proud to have just filed this Supreme Court amicus brief on behalf of the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD). The brief explains why the federal government is wrong that grantees must proceed in the Court of Federal Claims to challenge the termination of their grants.
