Close up on the top third of the shield focused on the upper decorative rim. I love how much depth the rim and it's battle damage add to the project. I added lots of claws and scratches because Cheetah needs fighting a lot I guess.

Close up on the bottom section against brown mulch below the tree I'm particularly happy with the olive branch design. A common Greek and Roman motif commonly associated with the gods and symbolizing peace.

Close up on the game leather handle. Two metallic brackets attach a leather handle to the plain black backside of the shield. Lots of work went into making it look naturally aged and worn down. More cuts, nicks, and gouges highlight the interesting way that leather ages lighter instead of darker the way most damage does
