In my experience, the communication aspect of the low level scene is horrendous. I have seen many players claim that they can talk in vc but remain silent during games. Literally just 'participating' but not 'engaging' during practice.

I really hate to announce this but I'll be stepping away from Comp Splatoon today. For the past 2.5 years, I've been playing Splatoon non-stop and I truly wanted to have think I'd bettered myself but I just ended up dissappointing and irritating lots of people.

Small result culture rant:
I find the method of resulting sets to get into higher level spheres very cheap and unearned. Ppl be like 'oooo I beat this well-known mid/high level team 1 out of 10 times, 3-0 [team name] in sendou bio' its so dumb. Like it doesnt remotely reflect one's skill imo. (1/2)

Was gonna post my tier lists in a few days but I disagree on a lot of the top end of specials. Crab is still the 2nd best special in the game despite all the nerfs imo, with booyah and strike not far behind. Wail and storm just don't provide much in team fights and other specials have more impact.
