Not the manic break, just learning how connected everything is. The program taught me the science/biology behind why doing the sensory grounding and DBT work daily makes everything so much better.

It is all connected! For me is was major stress from work and of course *waves hands... I took an SSRI that broke my brain and forced me into a mental health program. Have not had GI issues since November when I learned how to work on my mental health daily. Should be mandatory!

I recently was in a mental health program where I learned the bulk of our serotonin is made in our gut. Everything is so connected. I had miserable GI problems for 2 years and have not had any since November when I learned how to incorporate mental health grounding daily. It was ALL stress.

Ugh. Driving down the freeway today there were 2 men with a ton of trump flags on an overpass. Just straight up celebrating war. I have no need for anyone who supports this.
