I think any time I just turn my thinking brain off and just let it run wild and free it decides it wants to create narratives from objects and abstract concepts. My left hand is a white man and he’s friendly.

For a bit I thought I only had this with math equations but I’ve begun to realize any time I am doing something monotonous like taking a shower or making jewelry that there will be characters and a whole like, progressive plot line going on that I’m not doing consciously.

Left side of my hair is an Indian woman who particularly makes herself known when I condition her. She is very confident and preppy, a bit snooty. Likes to be pampered and takes good care of herself.

Anyhow, I have recently come to realize that the left and right sides of my hair have different personalities. I don’t remember who right hair is but I’ll let you know next time I interact with her

There are so many senses we share that it’s pretty common for people to have some form of synesthesia. It’s not any sort of problem most of the time, just that we all experience the world in unique ways!

My friend has audio-gustatory synesthesia and I am very grateful I am not afflicted with this. I did recently have to inform them that they weren’t crazy and it was indeed, a thing

I’ve recently learned that I have a few different types of synesthesia and have been trying to pay more attention to it. I have personification of abstract and non-abstract concepts, mirror-touch, and spatial sequence.

I feel like we are all there to uphold this commodity. Get your coffee from a gay! It’s like we’re performing something for you. You never wanted to be involved in queerness but you like to look at it, and you’ll pay for it. Gay men are a lion in a zoo.

I can attest to this as I have family members like this. It is very fun for them to be served by a stereotypical effeminate gay man. They want the GBF and their local barista is going to be that for them.

One things I learned while working at Starbucks is that Queerness is the commodity. Their clientele is mostly not queer, but the majority of their baristas are, and it’s supposed to be. Because middle aged white women eat that shit up.

I might have forgotten that I have a vasovagal reflex so I almost passed out near the end. But I closed my eyes and did my breathing exercises! I wish I could see it again to properly analyze it but alas I think that’s gonna have to be a one time thing

I do have some critiques of it obviously. But I was blown out of the water. It has everything I want movies to be, and I was genuinely so frightened by it

I feel like a lot of people are also way too biased because they’re going into it like “oh this is markiplier movie lol”

Reading the reviews of Iron Lung and I’m learning that a lot of people’s attention spans have been absolutely killed. If you thought that film was unnecessarily slow go watch Electroma
