I have no confidence it was unintentional. When you put incompetent people in charge during a war, innocent people die.

It was very intentional to hire the incompetent.

It was a US strike that killed 165 schoolgirls. Mostly aged 7-12.

While it was likely unintentional, the decision to strike a military target in a densely populated civilian area was not.

Yes, difficult decisions have to be made in war.
