A wok is one of the best things ever. Use it on a really high heat and ALWAYS season it afterwards. Search for Ken Hom on YouTube - he has the best recipes. And enjoy :)

Just a visit this evening, alas. I greatly recommend it - we’ve stayed there quite a few times, including a week for our honeymoon, which was lovely. Do go, Sue! And if you can, book the Andrew Fairlie - it’s out of this world.
