I have spent longer than I care to admit watching slime videos (as one does) and determining which slimes I like and which I hate and then I actually spent money on slime.

I’ve been (back) in therapy since about March of last year, doing mainly somatic work. I’d never heard of it before I started with my current therapist and it sounded a little woo woo, to be honest.

But I went in open minded and ready and it has changed my life.

Never listened to a single FKA twigs album before today.
