358/2 deserves a proper remake because the whole experience is so important to the KH Canon. The cutscenes are not enough to fully experience the weird monotamy of constantly going to your 9-5 and holding on to a friendship with a limited shelf life. It's beautiful in all the pain it brings.

-no winners, no ice cream to share, no last dinner together... the trio is now out of time. In the stunned silence is one of the greatest moments, something that mirrors BBS's final act but more personal. In this last battle we all lost. The trio split, their friendship damaged, and then KH2 starts.

-when everything along the way was telling them it was futile.
