#MightyNein animated is almost here!!! I didn't feel like colouring this drawing before, but it felt right to finally do that for this occasion. Also I don't think a lot of people noticed that their heads form a 9 before, so I made it really obvious this time lol

I remain obsessed with how they’re portraying magic in this show, and how it is different with every character.

Essek’s graceful, spare gestures. The Volstrucker’s blunt, glowing magic. Caleb’s intricate patterns & focus. Jester’s bright pink healing(?!)

I just think he’s neat 😏

Helluva Boss: Mission Zero is so well animated, yes, but the added clarity about Imp social status is incredible.

Hopefully that means season 3 will start addressing that with some actual weight.
