for dark skin tones I use dark and light achromatic grays, It's fine to use natural skin tones with this style though.

the style is very simple and I wanted to examplify that, I think anyone can draw like this really. I'm happy it's helped in giving you clarity!

I wish this was my original idea but a friend suggested it to me, gonna personalise it though by specifically applying it to the rude type of girl

The multiplier layer contains blocks of colour that are the same colour as the light teal from the swatches, I use it so I don't have to use new dark colours individually for the areas being covered, its efficient and simple. I hope it helps you!

I'll do a piece that goes into detail with the anti-aliasing stuff but generally the rule is: its all made up and the only thing that matters is what looks good and balanced.
