17. Best soundtrack…VII-X are all incredible. But when I first heard the music from Crystal Chronicles I had never heard such a mixture of unique and incredible instruments.
This is a soundtrack that will transport you. Whimsical and meticulous, what a joy this OST is.
16. My favourite spell/summon has always been Leviathan from VIII. I thought Water was a rarer element, the sound effects slapped hard, and also it would coil up into an ‘S’ that made it feel special for me 😂

15. Favourite boss fight.
Honestly very hard to choose from! So many are so enjoyable but I’d say Black Waltz 3 and that iconic break through the South Gate on the Cargo ship is pure JRPG adrenaline in its rawest form. 😌
14. Favourite Summoner, technically has to be chosen from a short list. Rydia, Terra, Garnet, Eiko, and Yuna are the main explicit ones. The rest have summoning game mechanics.
Yuna is probably the icon for it all but my choice for this will be Rydia, she did it first and she did it well ✌🏻
