I think the #Knicks need to see if they can get John Collins here to be the starting 4... he plays alot like OG but he's 17/8... we have options if we are willing to trade.

Knicks need to balance the size of the roster... we're undersized at every position except center.... we also obviously need bench help.... we can fix things in house but I dunno what Leon Rose is thinking #Knicks

My lower back + hips have been feeling like a wicker basket so I dropped deadlifts all together for a while. I started hitting it 225x8 to get the feeling again. Still feels weird but at least I'm getting some kind of tension in the muscle group #Deadlifts
