Thanks for your help!

I'm in the US but my publisher failed to register the copyright - even though they did register another book of mine they published. It says in my contract that they would register it, so I might have some leverage with them.

Well that stinks! Even though they're copyrighted and have an isbn?

The two books of mine they stole were not registered either but they're still copyrighted, so I don't know why they wouldn't still be part of the lawsuit.
