Client subscriber needs one outlet and one lamp fixture wired properly, done.

Subscriber needs tankless water heater, no hot water fixed, complete, swap water flow sensor, check valve, clean igniter and flame sensor. Kids don’t but tankless and ignor maintenance’s.

1.) Bath shower full tear down, sliding doors off, rails off walls, complete fiberglass surface restoration (automotive paint restore style). glass doors cleaned and restored with buffing compound, reinstall and caulk all seams, coat whole unit with auto grade graphene.

Customer / client with LG washer not draining.

Dismantle nearly entirely whole machine top/front/control panel just to replace drain pump. finding tons of black mold on machine gasket, soap dispenser, and all feed/drain hoses. cleaned and reinstalled.

Client/Subscriber wants a shelf above closet hanging bar.

Build - solid wood 12”x72” self suitable for painting.

Client discovers LG washing machine not emptying after wash cycle.

Fix - cleared clogged filter, found broken pump impeller. Ordered new pump.

1.) Master bath shower valve leaking.

2.) Source $380 Speakman shower valve divert (FB market) for $80, remove replace old valve, add over head rain head.

1.) found unstable 24vDC, reterm wires from main board, stable 24v
2.) default Chime unit, reflash/reconfigure working now
3.) temp solution metal tape outside vents.

1.) Seal up drafty basement windows and doors.

2.) Organize storage space and protect stash of trim wood.

3.) Little voice says, tidy and organize your tools.

Fix - clean, organize, re-org accordingly to job type, all 25 PackOut kits. Yea, for sanity of tools.

1.) Family asked to have theater room ceiling drywall repaired.

Fix - replaced water stained boards.

2.) Family states basement shower base feels like it’s creaking/moving.

Fix research, some have success using closed cell foam to reinforce base support, will try tomorrow.

1.) Replace repair ceiling wall board below yesterday’s shower drain leak/repair.

2.) Family says main floor kitchen dish washer not fully draining.
FIX - locate and remove clogged drain tube, run full diag, return to service.

2 whole floor joists, 12” x 10” deep by 8’ long hearth, yeah was surprising to discover empty.

1.) Family says fireplace drafty and cold.
FIX - no insulation found under fireplace hearth, nine cans great stuff fixed it.

2.) Family says, drips from first floor shower.
FIX - repair replace misaligned fixed P-Trap with threaded adjustable trap.

1.) client states shut off all electrical off

fix, repair replace DC main power cable, battery to main fuse distribution.

2.) Family says, water drip detected in basement.

repair replace hot and cold washing machine supply valves.

I’ll work to share each daily fix list.

as someone who scrolls with left thumb, bottom of page up, I do wish the ‘back to the top’ button on bluesky app was a bit smaller.

I have a theory, those that can make important things ‘flow’ will be just fine, those that can make all four flow will prosper.

can do all 4, I can!

everything I have, is some thing I made better, fixed or built. Why don’t we teach our kids these sorts of things?

Prelude H22A Motor rebuilt.

All suspension rebuilt and powder coated.

All new baring, ball joints and bushings installed.

All fasteners refinished, all bulbs swapped for LED.

Well the 1997 #Honda #Prelude firewall forward restoration is nearly complete, all systems rebuilt and installed, many tweaks still needed.

Well it is official, thank you #Equinix for all the support.
