Fossil: An avid fan of paleontology since an owlet, Blathers never ceased reading all he could find about fossils. When a prankster pulled down his pants in an attempt to embarrass him, all they got was an hour long lesson in which the owl did not pull up his pants Art: As an art connoisseur, Blathers prides himself in being able to tell from a mere glance if a piece of art is authentic or not. What he fails to realize is that to this day, he still proudly wears these briefs, unaware that they are a Crazy Reed knock off. Bug: Suffering from entomophobia as a museum curator is rather bothersome when you have an insect exhibit. As such, Blathers took it upon himself to face his fear by ordering these briefs. He's grown a lot more comfortable wearing them, so perhaps they really are helping! The Roost: A gift from Blathers' dearest friend, Brewster. The owl will never share this fact, but he never fails to wear them when he desires to spend a night at the cafe with the pigeon

A continuation from my tom nook post this time with Blathers! Just like last time all explanation in alt!

Here's the explanation for all of em Nook inc. Briefs: Tom Nook is not the kind of tanuki to really care what he wears underneath his pants. Afterall it's not like anyone is ever gonna see and he's much too busy with his numerous businesses to care. He received a large box filled to the brim with briefs from his merchandise once and is still going through em to this day. Bell Sack briefs: Everyone knows Tom Nook is quite the bussisman, to the point some people believe him to be rather greedy (which couldn't be further away from the case). One of his birthdays, one of the island residents gifted him this unique pair of briefs, much to his embarrassment as everyone got to see hik unwrap them. He secretly quite likes them! Crazy Redd briefs: After pratically copying the tanuki's logo, Redd send Tom a letter alongside a pair of briefs covered in ginkgo leaves to taunt him. The tanuki has kept them throughout the years however, and has even wore them, perhaps Tom keeps them as to keep thinking fondly of his past with the fox.

Why yes of course!

Ooo! I see Nook as someone who doesn't particularly care much about underwear (not like anyone is gonna see em...at least that's what he believes!) And seeing as he has merch of his company, i can see him wearing some Nook inc. printed briefs. He's got a full stock of em in a wide array of colors!

Badgerclops definitely strikes me as someone who'd wear something colorful, maybe something along the lines of pink or lime green briefs, something that really flashes compared to his more tame fur color. Seeing as his partner mao mao was featured wearing prints i'll also add nuts and bolts prints!

i remember watching that show so much. Canonically he wears boxer with bone prints. So of course those.

For a new pair, a nice pair of dark blue boxers with prints of magnifying glass would be right up his alley.

However i could also definitely see Eliot make him wear more embarrassing stuff!
