There are certain genres of game that I simply will not pay full price for. I’ll watch the price trickle further and further down until it’s like $10-20 and then pull the trigger. What about you guys? What’s the difference between a day 1 and a wait it out game?

Sony’s multiplatform approach to leveraging its IP runs the risk of over exposure, but the TLOU, specifically, makes a stronger case than most. Two acclaimed video games, and an outstanding long-form drama. I would have loved to spend time in a TLOU live service universe.

Acknowledging my own bias in big bold letters, but the decision to scrap Factions feels like a wound that just won’t heal. The TLOU is massive for Sony. It’s only gotten bigger with the HBO series. Of all the IPs it could have pulled off a live service with, TLOU was probably the one.

Right or wrong…it’s about facing the consequences of our actions. What do we think, guys?

The cast of Intergalactic is stacked. Tati Gabrielle (Uncharted, TLOU S2) is our protagonist, Jordan A Mun, and she’s joined by Kumail Nanjiani (Eternals, Silicon Valley) and Tony Dalton (Better Call Saul) playing (former???) members of the Five Aces (1/3)

It’s worth a watch for sure. Takes some risks that don’t all pay off but some of them do! Shame it didn’t get renewed to find its footing.
