I remember! My Pops loved this show.

The day our first baby was discharged from the hospital, we took him to the ER for something that turned out to be minor. One nurse that I remember didn't make us feel bad but told us that like anything else, parenting is a topic that you should put effort into learning about. I never forgot that.

People get so offended by the idea of parenting classes, but unless they’ve taken early, middle, and adolescent development, the overwhelming majority of parents could actually benefit from them.

As an aside, I LOVE when my clients tell me their relationships with their children are improving.

The Statue of Liberty was never about immigrants. It was to honor the US ending slavery. The original statue was not accepted because it was modeled after a Black woman. And most people are unaware of the current statue having shackles and chains.
