I don’t make any money teaching Sheng Zhen. Today I went out and bought lights to use in my classroom so that I didn’t have to turn on the overhead fluorescent lights. It was the same when I was a public school teacher. If the teacher cares, they dip into their own pockets.

Class went well last night. I taught the first movement in Tai Chi Relaxation and the first movement in Sheng Zhen Healing Stage 1. After the teaching part of class we practiced all ten movements of stage 1 while in the meditative state.
