Leaked from the National Science Foundation, grants proposing research using the following words are no longer acceptable:

~107 500 people died from measles in 2023 – mostly children under 5, despite the availability of a safe, effective vaccine.
Measles not only is serious illness that we can PREVENT with vaccination, but it has long term consequences for those who recover - it wipes out immune memory, leaving you susceptible to all of the illnesses to which your body had already developed immunity.
