The posts I saw criticizing her were somewhat valid. The Lightning bolt necklace does have connections to dog whistles even unintentionally, along with the midnights covers making a swastika. And her use of “savage” and “bad bitch” are tone deaf. Accidents can happen, but it’s worth mentioning.

She has also ignored the criticisms instead of denouncing them directly-which is a choice. So when she stays quiet, and a questionable company publishes a story that may or may not be true, it looks doubly bad. I’m not criticizing her, I just don’t think The Rolling Stones article is worth anything

I’m an English teacher; I am trained to be skeptical and question publications (especially in this political climate) especially intent. And while it’s very unlikely that Swift is nazi-affiliated, she IS intelligent and she should have seen how many of her lyrics and aesthetic choices could look.

Since they are a brand management company, and they are working with ai, it is more plausible that their data and this article are propaganda.

According to the LinkedIn profiles, none of the 10 employees working for that company have a background in data analysis or research. There is no legitimate reason to believe any of the data they published is 1) factual 2) accurate. Plus the nature of their business harms their validity.
