I had missed this: In a small, rural Iowa county, Floyd County, a Democrat won one of the three seats on the county's board of supervisors tonight.

He ousted the Republican who'd been appointed to replace the Republican supervisor who passed away.

A decade of one-party rule in Des Moines hasn’t solved Iowa’s toughest challenges — our economy ranks 49th, personal income growth 48th, public education at the middle of the pack, and we're #1 in cancer growth.

I was glad to speak at this year’s Wing Ding to talk about real solutions for Iowans.

A packed Wing Ding in Clear Lake last night showed us what we already know.

Iowa Democrats are ready to put in the work, every day, in every county to win up and down the ballot next year.
