This is my setup - a piece of A4 paper glued to an empty water bottle in an airbrush booth.

The photo on the right is the result (shot via Adobe Lightroom on an iPhone 16.

Two photography tips to mini painters

1. Put your mini on a curved bit of paper/card, and point your lamp at it. That’s all you need for a decent light box.

2. Videos with lots of zooms and pans only work if you’re filming in incredibly high definition. Please let me actually see your hard work!
