That’s valid. My boss is always “let’s have everyone’s voice heard.” My problem is when people actually vocalize an opinion that dissents with his, instead of listening he does what he wants regardless.

Oh no the committees got you, too?! It’s such a load of bs. I swear people who make these administrative decisions were the WORST classroom teachers and now think they know what they’re doing as administrators. Who hires these people?

Why, as a teacher, do I have to be part of a bullshit committee where we’re asked to deliberate on something, but then admins make the final decision? What is my role, then? Why waste hours of my time?

We love Front Street! There’s a really good pizza place (Black Sheep, I think its name is?) that we love going to. So much fun stuff there! And the Life is Good store gets me every time. 😆

We love Morehead too! Almost drove thru there and went to Beaufort like we normally do, but the weather has been so perfect for the beach we’ve just been outside the whole time. We’re leaving today for Manteo next!
