Don't ask, but corporates being corporate.
It is going to cost a bit and a half.
If you are able to help cushion the blow.

Sorry to hear that, Amy. Me as well, it would seem - two of mine with my previous author name of David John Griffin. Grrr…
Thanks for the link. What can be done, especially after the event, as it were?

When your brain just doesn't have the juice to write, edit instead.
Because editing is writing.
Still a win 🙌
Wishing you all a productive session!

#writers For the same reason I prefer a home-cooked meal to a factory made frozen meal prepared by a microwave, I am always going to choose to read a book by Barbara Kingsolver or Anne Tyler, or any human novelist, rather than one manufactured by AI, no matter how well it imitates a human writer.

Good piece about Kazuo Ishiguro this morning in The Guardian.
On writing sci fi as a literary novelist: “I was following something more internal. I wasn’t angling for someone to shout ‘Judas’.” 📚💙🖋️ #writingncommunity

I've just discovered Plottr - it looks just the ticket for planning out my next novel. New territory for me; I've always been primarily a pantser rather than a plotter…
Do you use Plottr, and if so, what is your opinion of it?

This Underwood 315 #typewriter is one of my favorite tools to help add more personality to the #zines I make. I got this one around 2015 and it's still going strong! May upload a page of it's letter style/font later. ⌨️ 📃

Yes, I can see why, Susanna. My comment was also in reaction to the words quoted in the post from your novel. :-)

I've made that mistake quite a few times! My latest hiccup: the name "Robert" changed to "Michael" on a few pages of my latest manuscript. Easily done, tho' :-)
