What else can be done?
Patient requires public transportation, which consistently cancels or drops off 30-75 min late for appointments.
👉 No internet for telehealth
👉 No system available to double book patient if they show up late👉Mobile therapist not always available
👉needs supervision w/therex

You aren’t doing patient centered care if you lump patients into groups of 2-4 without asking/offering individual/1:1 care.
It’s called profit maximizing care.
And it’s rampant in the PT world.
