That this guy has no idea HOW clueless he truly is truly astounding. That he has no idea what he is missing in life, and that he will miss it forever, absolutely, no getting an iota of it back--in this lifetime or any other--just completely gone--is the only solace one gets from watching his idiocy.

Every few pages, another bleak atrocity. It is really getting to me.

TIL about a memorial ceremony in Iceland in 2019 to mark the end of a glacier, changing the place name from OkjΓΆkull to Ok (jΓΆkull = glacier). Uncompromising wording on the bronze plaque:
"This is to acknowledge that we know what is happening and what needs to be done. Only you know if we did it".
