What I might know if I let myself by Kathryn Reese Desire without ever aspiring to the darkness of tangled roots, drying mud and what we look like in drought. It’s high tide. The moon drags a fullly salted tide over us both. What started as a...

I have a poem in West Trestle Review.

β€œWhat I might know if I let myself” is a golden shovel after a @pleomorphic2.bsky.social flash.

My poem is about queer identity, falling in love and finding yourself loved. I hope you’ll give it a read.

Jupiter's Great Red Spot, a storm larger than Earth, has been raging for at least 350 years. This colossal anticyclonic storm spins counterclockwise and its winds can reach speeds of over 400 miles per hour. The spot's vibrant red hue is thought to be caused by complex chemical reactions involvin...

I'm constantly trying (/failing) to get this point across.

If you're a trained expert in a field, then it may be worthwhile to question the scientific consensus of your peers.

If you're not, the scientific consensus is absolutely the best you can do and it's arbitrary foolishness to disregard it.

I think the article posited that we have about 11 billion years to go before the expansion stops and the crunch begins. Plenty of time to get our affairs in order.
