Im gonna start a Samba dance group in New Orleans and we can all dress for Carnival. Iβm surprised no one has started one yet with all of the groups there already are.

I have had tinnitus in my right ear since 2024. Itβs so loud sometimes that I have a hard time hearing with my only good ear. So hopefully I can get the BAHA.

I already forgot my furlough diary. Day 2. Slept late, snuggled with puppy til it was time to get ready to go to doc. Had a good visit, going to see if Iβm a good candidate for a bone-anchored hearing aid. BAHA help ppl who are deaf on one side and has been known to help ease tinnitus.

Furlough Diary, Day 1/22
Still recovering from brain surgery & hubs had to work, so I slept late, got out of bed around noon, and watched tv with the puppy. Donβt really feel up to the whole parade thing so Iβm ok missing out on Orpheus. Watching the Olympics now.
We all have our moments. Hope you make it through the rest of the evening!
We went out yesterday and it was too much. So home watching the match from earlier today. #COYG
