Agree to an extent. But it all starts at the top. You don't get weak as piss recruitment if the people determining who should be doing the recruitment make the right decisions. There doesn't seem to be any cohesional approach to what our "philosophy" is. That should determine everything else.

I'd rather shit in my hands and clap than subject myself to yet another criminal show of tactical ineptitude complimented by zero determination.
