It looks like "BeePen" is only good for annotations, and "Freehand Editing" was last updated 12 years ago.
If not, would there be interest in one?

This is the way (I haven't used the .msi for like 10 years).
It's also very good to keep everything else (gdal, grass, etc) updated and provides an osgeo shell which is very handy.
Because Maxar Technologies has as lot of US DOD contracts and they don't want to offend Trump. Good thing that I never took them up on any offers when their recruiters contacted me about working for them in Colorado. #GISchat
