Yes, this scene only plays if you save Dock Town early on. I didn't do that on my second playthrough and didn't get this scene

Sounds like you just need a UPS with a higher max wattage. I had the same thing happen to me when I upgraded my PC (including the PSU) but didn't also get a stronger UPS

I *want* to play more POE this league but I both haven't found a build I want to continue and have so many other games I want to play too... FF16, Starfield, Armored Core 6 (still need to buy this), the Cyberpunk DLC coming in a couple weeks... #firstworldproblems
