Perhaps Bray made the goof of booking through a third party website rather than directly with the airline.

Also, it helps if a traveler books directly with an airline, rather than through a third party.

I'll presume that this was a software glitch on the part of the airline, given that a) TSA let you through and B) check in went along ok.

Also, if Donald is truly intent on disrespecting the law and constitution, then why is he invoking a law at all? Why doesn't he just sign an EO and say "do it, it's my authority"?

If Donald et al don't abide by the constitution, what's to keep the states from also dissing the Constitution? From disrespecting the Court? From seceding, perhaps?

Maybe that's why the administration chickens out when actually confronted by the courts and why filibusters are still a thing.

Fair point, and one might very well take note of the questionable role for the Supreme Court actually in the Constitution... Think about it... Is there any?

Deport the criminals, yes. But not the innocents. Not those who actually entered the country legally. Not the US citizens. And even "illegal" immigrants who are not otherwise criminals should have due process and rights!

The same ICE that raided a Puerto Rican restaurant looking for Puerto Ricans. Who are US citizens because it's still a US territory. Smh

I don't see any authority under that law to deport US citizens. Moreover, classification of people by race/nationality for deportation purposes violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution.

Which means a lot of us would likely have to change our gender marker on passports, etc from M to F. Oops

Ergo, everything designated for men at the federal level is now useless because of that goof

Actually, that same EO makes Donald Trump a woman because the author mistakenly used life-begins-at-conception ideology and failed to follow through on the science. This also means Caitlyn Jenner stays female (and was never male).
