I asked that very question of one of my accreditation bodies this week. I appreciate they have a very large following on X but they cannot really justify that against their mission & DEI statements. I do hope this becomes an issue for NEDs and Trustees to openly discuss.

Go to the Feeds tab. Do a search for medsky and it will come up in the list, select it and it will appear at the top of your feed. You can then go into feeds and either pin it or just keep it in the list. Hope that helps a little 👍
