A wide view across the calm Irish shoreline of Lough Foyle as a heavy storm approaches, dark layered clouds sweeping low over the water. The lake’s surface remains gently rippled and reflective, while a narrow strip of grassy land and reeds extends from the left into the water. On the distant horizon, the faint blue hills of Donegal sit beneath a break in the clouds, where pale light contrasts with the deep grey mass of rain moving in, creating a dramatic and moody atmosphere.
