My daughter is a gifted student- her gifted class is talented art. They switched to block scheduling and now shes only offered her talented art class for half the year. The whole point of gifted classes is to help kids nurture their talents year round. I’m so mad about it.

Make sure you sear all sides before putting it in to roast- that will lock in moisture and create more flavor. I usually mix some flour with plenty pepper & salt and rub that on the meat before searing.
