Well if we have to put up with watching Forest win games of football and keeping clean sheets like tonight without the need for possession domination and "entertaining football" then I'm absolutely sold.

👏🏻 rarely do you come back from a run and regret it.
The hardest part for me at least, is getting organised, sticking to a plan, and going out! The running part is the easy(er) bit.

Yet again they have reduced the entry from the advertised target (sub3 for a 40+ male)
Now I'm stuck with no Spring marathon, with the other big events all sold out.
Why don't they pick a gfa time and stick to it?
