good news: all my art is backed up into icloud. i can reprint all of my merchandise when i’m ready. i just need to get a new apple computer first 🥲

we thankfully had been overpaying for a second insurance policy so it worked out in the end (well, as much as it could have)

hahaha these are easily replaceable bc all my art is thankfully backed up onto icloud but thank you. i wasnt worried about these being salvaged bc i can reprint them, but at least its something we have while we have nothing else.

red cross gave us some blankets and one of them rocks and is really soft and the other one is shitty and scratchy. guess which one we gave to the dog without realizing the issue

also ennis’ package got delivered at. our burnt down door today. i dont know how they even let the deliveryman up there.

everyone has been so kind and generous and it means more to me than words can say. we have been greeted with such overwhelming compassion at every turn. i’ll try to respond to some of the messages when i can. thank you.

i grabbed my laptop when evacuating, though i had to order a new charger. i can’t really work off of it, but at least its a computer for our needs. we have immediate necessities and a roof and a bed. we’re going to the store to grab some extra clothes soon so we can finally shower and rest.

we took felix to get cremated this morning. they still havent found paisley’s remains. i managed to recover my wallet & id and a couple frivolous belongings that were packed alongside them.
